Born in Bangor, ME, and having lived in 10 states, Dan Lovejoy has a unique perspective shaped by diverse experiences and a passion for service. With a background as a Navy Corpsman, an Air Force Medical Service Specialist, and an Army Flight Medic, Dan Lovejoy has honed invaluable skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail – qualities that continue to drive the success of PC911. Dan Lovejoy first embarked on his journey into technology in 1978 when, alongside a friend, they built a computer from parts sourced from Sandia Labs and Radio Shack. This early foray into the world of technology ignited a lifelong passion for computers and set the stage for Dan Lovejoy's career in the industry.
Now, with over 25 years of experience as a computer technician, Dan Lovejoy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to PC911. His dedication to excellence and commitment to serving the community have been instrumental in establishing PC911 as a trusted name in technology solutions. In addition to his expertise in technology, Dan Lovejoy is also a seasoned notary, bringing professionalism and integrity to every notarial act. PC911 is conveniently located on Mamalahoa Highway (Hawaii Belt Road) between Basques Lane and the Kona Research and Extension Center in Kealakekua.
Hours
We open up the store bright & early at 8:30 AM every morning Monday through Saturday and we stay open until 5:00 pm each day (yes, we are here ALL day on Saturday too).

My computer died! I took it to one place in Kona and they said I needed a whole new MAC. I ordered my new MAC and cried! My husband said let me take it to PC 911. I said they don't work on MAC's? Long story short...The only thing wrong with my computer was a bad power cord! BTW..they do work on MAC"s!

Helpful, quick service, and very reasonable! Had a Lenovo laptop that wouldn't power up and they fixed it same day in a few hours for pretty cheap. Very knowledgeable and very fair. I'd come here again any time I have computer trouble!
