PC911 is conveniently located on Mamalahoa Highway (Hawaii Belt Road) between Basques Lane and the Kona Research and Extension Center in Kealakekua.
Hours
We open up the store bright & early at 8:30 AM every morning Monday through Saturday and we stay open until 5:00 pm each day (yes, we are here ALL day on Saturday too).

My computer died! I took it to one place in Kona and they said I needed a whole new MAC. I ordered my new MAC and cried! My husband said let me take it to PC 911. I said they don't work on MAC's? Long story short...The only thing wrong with my computer was a bad power cord! BTW..they do work on MAC"s!

Helpful, quick service, and very reasonable! Had a Lenovo laptop that wouldn't power up and they fixed it same day in a few hours for pretty cheap. Very knowledgeable and very fair. I'd come here again any time I have computer trouble!
